Shrouded Signals

Record Label  |  Brand Identity

Shrouded Signals is a Toronto-based independent record label I founded as a passion project, born out of my lifelong passion for electronic music. As its Creative Director, I'm overseeing everything from album artwork and promotional design to copywriting, marketing, and cross-platform music distribution.

Our creative collective connects with the city’s ever-growing underground Techno and House scene, using design and branding to engage directly with the local electronic music community. Every visual decision supports and informs the label’s larger goal of defining a distinct voice within Toronto’s electronic dance music scene.

Greek International Film Festival Tour
Print & Digital Design  |  Festival Branding

At the Greek International Film Festival Tour of Canada (GIFFT), I worked across multiple disciplines to maintain a cohesive visual identity for the festival. I designed both print and digital materials, including posters, social media content, and the festival's official program guide, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.

I've also managed aspects of the festival’s social media marketing strategy, designing collateral that highlighted featured films, events and sponsors. The work resulted in a unified visual presence that balanced advertising with a strong, recognizable brand identity for the festival.

Katalog Archive
Editorial Design  |  Digital Marketing

Katalog is a digital archive that explores the intersections of graphic design, visual culture and storytelling. Created as a creative outlet and an exercise in social media management, Katalog is a project that curates works across film, music, literature, and contemporary art.

This project brings my creative interests (typography, motion graphics, editorial and layout design) into a space that both reflects my personality and showcases my abilities. Through this platform, I experiment with content strategy to build a thoughtful, design-focused presence online.

RCORD
UX/UI Design  |  Mobile App

'RCORD' (pronounced Record ) is a mobile app concept designed for music fans and critics to share reviews and discover new artists. The project involved user research, persona development and usability testing, culminating in a structured wireframing process built in Figma.

My role covered the full UX workflow, from ideation to interface design, emphasizing clarity, usability and aesthetic cohesion. Through this project, I sought to create a seamless experience that balances functionality with engaging and user-friendly visuals.

This app aims to fill a gap in current music streaming apps by prioritizing community interaction and open discussions.

Freelance Work

Logo Design  |  Vector Graphics

My approach to logos and type emphasizes clarity. Every project begins with hand-drawn sketches, where I iterate a range of concepts before proceeding with vector refinement using Adobe Illustrator. As a certified graphic designer in both Illustrator and Photoshop, I create fully custom logotypes and identity marks tailored to each project.

I deliver multiple finalized versions for client review, applying varied design principles and color systems. This process not only allows me to push beyond familiar styles but also reinforces a key belief in my practice: that strong visual identities are often rooted in deceptively simple solutions.

Renascence
Indie Film Marketing  |  Social Media

'Renascence' is an award-winning sci-fi film by Serene Productions, a student-led studio from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Creative School.

My role as their Marketing Lead covered creating cohesive promotional collateral that tells the film’s story while driving audience engagement across multiple platforms. I led the film’s social media strategy and crowdfunding campaigns, designing assets that helped the project build an engaged audience from pre-production to release.

Illustration

Mixed Media  |  Fine Arts

My illustration work blends traditional and digital techniques, often beginning with hand-drawn imagery that is scanned and digitally enhanced or recolored.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Francis Bacon, Jesse Kanda, Stanley Donwood, Louise Bourgeois and Henry Moore, these pieces often explore the tension between the figurative and the surreal.

I approach these works as a personal creative practice, combining mixed media techniques and drawing skills I’ve been honing for years.

Abstract Art

Acrylic Painting  |  Personal Practice

In my free time, I create large-scale abstract acrylic paintings that explore spontaneity, texture, and movement.

Influenced by the techniques of Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko, my process emphasizes intuition over precision. These works serve as a stress-free, meditative counterpoint to my digital design projects.

All paintings are created with acrylic on canvas, with sizes ranging from 10 × 10 inches to 24 × 18 inches, and are often shared with friends or sold to private collectors.
